Graves has comprehensive safety training and oversight programs in place to maximize productivity.  These directly minimize lost time due to accidents, increase the safety of the construction site, and allow for a greater number of projects to be completed on-time and under budget.

Each year, we strive to lower our Experience Modification Rate (EMR) and currently beat the national average by almost 20%. That means that our insurance costs are lower and we can provide higher quality construction services at a lower cost.

As of August 29th, 2008, we have worked more than 208,000 man-hours on our construction sites without an accident and we are dedicated to make that number grow.
